Time on the Neuse

We had never taken a family vacation without extended family, so our trip to Oriental was new territory for us. Babies, after all, keep you busy- and it was an adventure! We had a great time, and the time on the river was just what we needed after what seemed like a crazy year of moving, working, having Charlotte, life… it is quiet and beautiful- we crabbed, fished, swam in the river, ate yummy food… Finn had her first corn and chowed down- the wind didn’t stop, and we spent every second we could outside.
